The Görög sisters piano duo continued the promotion of their CD Let’s play on February 27 in Szeged. The promotion was held in the hall of the Szeged Symphony Orchestra, Korzó Zeneház in Szeged (Hungary) starting at 19 pm.
“We gave the concert in Szeged at the beautiful concert hall of the Szeged Symphony Orchestra, it was a very warm and highly inspiring atmosphere. In addition to the audience coming to the concert in great numbers thanks to good marketing, we particularly enjoyed the presence of our colleagues from Szeged, which undoubtedly contributed to this cultural event“ says Enikő Görög, pianist.
She also expresses special thanks to the Szeged Symphony Orchestra and their director, Győző Lukácsházi.
Let’s play – The program
The program of this concert included the works of Johannes Brahms, Samuel Barber , Camille Saint-Saëns, and Maurice Ravel.
The Görög sisters piano duo released its first album in Electe Production along with three recorded promotional videos. The videos were recorded on short movements of Bartók’s Mikrokosmos, and were named: Inversion, The Wall and Perpetuum mobile.
The audience thanked the young artists with heart-felt applause, and those who wished to do so could get the artists’ autographs and buy the first edition of the CD Let’s play. This was also a good opportunity for the audience to comment on the performance of the artists and characters derived from the compositions.
