Piano duo
The event was sold out for weeks – a stunning piano evening at the Music hall of the Speinshart Monastery (Musiksaal des Klosters Speinshart) continued the summer series of Guest Concerts of the Festival Young Artist Bayreuth. As proven by the previous five concerts: Klosterdorf is still a towering cultural lighthouse in the region.

The Görög Sisters piano duo is set to play at the Festival Young Artists Bayreuth (original name: ‘67. Festival junger Künstler Bayreuth’) on August 17-19, 2017. The piano duo was invited to perform at this unique festival, which is a collaboration of young artists and cultural managers resulting in a great ‘Festival Experience’.
We invite all our music fans to join us at the events of the concert series “Klassz a pARTon”. One of the key elements of the festival is supporting talented young musicians and introducing them to the audience at the concerts between July 15 and August 6, 2017.
The audience was treated to a whirlwind of energy and passion during the concert of Noémi and Enikő Görög. Despite their tender age, the two Hungarian sisters have already gained an impressive amount of international experience. They offered a balanced mix of strong lyricism (in the work of Schubert, Andantino op.84) and complex, sophisticated rhythmic pieces (Bartók, Mikrokosmos).
